Work ranges from a single data logger to a supervisory system. Projects include field hardware, a communications link, and a way to review the data.
Monitoring
Data loggers for the measurements specified for the installation. Battery power is used where mains is unavailable. A powered installation is used where a supply is present. Samples are stored as reported by the device and shown in engineering units. Each row is time-stamped in UTC when the server stores the post.
Supervision
SCADA solutions for equipment that is remote or unattended. The page shows current readings, retains history, and exports the stored readings. Points follow the signals installed at the site.
Hardware
Controller boards and sensor modules for field use. The controller collects and logs samples, and it removes power from peripherals between readings so a battery system can stay deployed. The board, firmware, and radio are developed together and checked on the bench before installation.
Communications
The link is specified for the site. Wi-Fi serves a network that is already present. LTE-M serves a site with no network connection. Other links are built for the installation. Radio functions use pre-certified modules.
Readings
Clients log in to a private page with a chart, a table, and a file download. One login covers the devices reporting to that server. Timestamps are UTC. The page shows engineering units and keeps the original value reported by the device.
Include the measurements and the link that should carry the data. The form asks for the reply address.
